Thank you so much for letting us stay in your delightful cottage. Our stay was just perfect from start to finish. The cottage was presented to the highest standard. The cottage had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean.
Being in the beautiful village of Horning with the River Bure at the bottom of the garden was so idyllic. We had fantastic weather which meant we could sit at the bottom of the garden and watch all the boats and yacht sail past all day long. The village had plenty of restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. The only problem we had is that we didn’t stay for two weeks as it really was a fantastic relaxing holiday and we did not want to leave at the end of the week.

Wow from the moment we walked through the door it felt like home. The cottage was spotless and so cozy, everything is top quality in the cottage and the icing on the cake the view from the patio doors, what an amazing view. We had a week of relaxing and hardly ventured out, when we did we had a walk through the village. My husband enjoyed the fishing and caught a variety of fish, bream, roach, perch gudgeon, daddy ruff and a pike (10lb on the pole with a 4lb line). Whilst I spent my days watching the wildlife, reading and witnessing a few comical moments when boats were mooring up at the pub next door.
Thank you Ian and Sharon for allowing us to stay in your perfect second home. We took good care of the cottage and can’t wait until we return.

We just wanted to thank you for our lovely week staying in your cottage. We had a lovely relaxing time and it was so nice to get away and just enjoy the natural surroundings. Loved feeding the ducks and swans at the end of the garden, we also had a heron visit on a couple of occasions and we were lucky to see the geese and their goslings. The cottage was lovely and clean and tidy and very cosy and well equipped. We know it’s a bit early yet but we would like to book for next year.

We absolutely loved our weekend at riverbank. Although we have been to Norfolk before it was our first time on the broads and I think we have all fallen in love!
The cottage was lovely and very well equipped. The location is stunning, our children loved being that close to nature and feeding the ducks every day. We have never been interested in boats before but the next time we come back we intend to hire a boat for the day. The village of Horning is also lovely and we are all already talking about the next time we come to stay.

The view over the River Bure was a lovely picture to wake up to each morning. We have been to Norfolk on a number of occasions and like to stay in different cottages but I must say yours tops them all. My daughter and her boyfriend visited for a day. They did not want to go home. Comfort, view, atmosphere and surroundings were superb.
